Auction Fees:
Costs per item will be based on reserve amount. Multiple properties sold as one package count as one unit.
$0-$20,000 reserve - $200
$20,001-$50,000 reserve - $300
$50,001-$100,000 reserve - $500
$100,001+ reserve - $1,000
Closing company will be Fidelity National Title, and fees will be paid as follows:
-Closing Fee - $200 - paid by seller
-Binder - $50 - paid by seller
-Title Policy - variable costs - paid by buyer
-All applicable NM Gross Receipts Tax will be applied.
Sellers must offer minimum of 3% buyer broker commission.
If property is purchased on a Real Estate Contract, the escrow company will be Westar Escrow.
Listings are due by September 30, 2008.
Buyer 's broker will be responsible for his or her Purchase Agreements.
