RANM forms must be used for all transactions. A sample sales packet, as well as all other necessary forms, can be downloaded from this page (see below).
Closing company will be Fidelity National Title, and fees will be paid as follows:
-Closing Fee - $200 - paid by seller
-Binder - $50 - paid by seller
-Title Policy - variable costs - paid by buyer
-All applicable NM Gross Receipts Tax will be applied.
